Slim Battery Pack

Faulty first battery

The first battery was faulty within a few months but I spoke to one of the team with a quick video and they sent out a new battery replacement which I am truly grateful for , thank you RadPowerBikes, amazing service 👌

Great service as always...

Glad to have a spare battery for increased range. Arrived pretty quickly considering we have to deal with Brexit delays here in the UK.

funktioniert gut

toller Service, schnelle Lieferung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko: der Akku geht sehr schwer zu lösen.
