This was sent to me as a warranty replacement from a Reckless 80 that I purchased in 2019. 2019!! Seriously, any other company would’ve told me to go kick rocks. But, the Mosko warranty team saw the failure (clear window on dry bag developing a hole) as a material failure and sent out a new one free of charge. Bravo!
