Blue Sky Espresso

I am very disappointed with the post‑purchase service. I have not received my coffee, even though I received an email stating that it had been delivered. However, the package never arrived. I contacted customer service to request proof of delivery and to find a solution so I could receive the product at home. It has now been 20 days since my purchase, and I still have no coffee. I spent more than $150 USD and I am worried about losing that money. I am asking for your help to resolve this issue. I truly hope that through this platform you will finally respond.
