Marie Thread

Great customer service when thread fell out of damage package in transit. Strong thread. Matched great to the Marie vinyl. Would purchase again.

Materials: Great Customer Service: Not so much....

The material itself was great, the thread came on a broken spool. I contacted customer service to get another shipped, with an additional spool that I paid for, and was charged for shipping on the 2nd spool. Both spools came in the same box....this is dumb. I know that it's a minor thing, but for me, it's the principle. #1-To charge me shipping on a spool that's arriving in the same box as the spool that you are replacing because of it arriving damaged, still confuses me. I was planning on doing a LOT of business with this company, but such a petty charge for someone who just spent over $300 with your company is making me think I should spend my money elsewhere. My wife and I have an upholstery business, and we actually need more materials immediately. I'm currently shopping other suppliers.
