SRC Crash Bars have cool sacrificial nylon pads that are strategically positioned to be the point of impact if you happen to drop your bike or have a tip over. If you do happen to scratch one up, you can easily remove it and install a freshie!
These are designed to fit 1" diameter bars. All SRC bars are 1" and they should fit other bran

Crash Bar Pad for Pan America Special

The pad fits well and looks great on the crash bar. It appears to be very well made. I should have bought a second pair just for a little added protection but the single pad on each side should be fine.

Extra Crash Bar Pads

we purchased the SRC Replacement pads and may never need to use them. There is a set that comes with the Crash Bar set so only purchase if you need them. Certainly the quality is perfect and the final touch is appreciated!
