Pigmented Developer

Product is a 10. Customer service… not so great.

I recently purchased several bottles of developer and one of my bottles spilled during shipment. I have reached out to customer service and it has been over a week without any response or acknowledgment of the issue. I will continue to purchase this product because it is amazing but i feel like im jumping through hoops just to get responses back from someone.

I have used a couple different brands of bleach and Blonde Solutions is by far superior. Thank you for keeping my blonde beautiful!

Damaged product

Every time I order from this company, at least one bottle is damaged and spilling. Customer service never replies back.
