SIG12 Golf Simulator Enclosure

Sig 9 x 12

The company was very helpful and good to deal with when purchasing. Shipping was also quick. My only issue was when boxes arrived they had holes completely through the boxes like forklift forks??? I did take pictures but when I called company they were not very concerned, I also expressed the fact that the screen has multiple deep wrinkles in it which I also had pictures of. They did not want to see them but replied that in time those deep wrinkles should relax and come out. It has been weeks and still very noticeable. Overall I am happy but wish the company would have been a little more interested in my concerns, maybe they r confident the wrinkles will reside, I’m not so sure.

Great customer service

I’ve always had a great experience with this team. Their prices are fair and they will give you their best price. I’ve worked with Ricky multiple times and he is a pro at this stuff. My new garage setup is perfect. He took extra time on multiple occasions to make sure my order was right and he was really envisioning the space. My only feedback would be to find a way to better route the initial call so it’s not to a third party, and you are speaking with a local team. I understand the purpose to filter out the unwanted calls.

SIG 12 Golf Enclosure

I am completely satisfied with this product. Solid, well built, with clear instructions. You really DO need two people to assemble, as the instructions indicate, so don't try too much alone!
