Poor quality control
This is my second watch from Wolfpoint. I loved the first one I got, but this second one that I got for my wife has me disappointed. For one, the Band on one side was disconnected. And two, the watch face and metal portions had fingerprints and smudges all over them. It cleaned up ok, but I can't help but think was this watch used or just not handled with care prior to shipping it out? Anyway, I'm not very satisfied with my purchase. When I reached out to customer service, all they did was apologize but offered no other resolutions.

Love the look and style of this watch. No complaints there. Only complaint is that the blue box that it came inside of wasn’t glued together so it fell apart when you’d take the watch out
