I love how easy this is to take and how fast acting it feels. I take it first thing in the morning or whenever I get up. For how hot it has been it’s so nice to have something cooling in the morning.

This was great for while I was pregnant because it didn’t taste awful.. and if I ended up throwing up, it was easy coming back up. And it’s also great postpartum/breastfeeding!
