Extra Charging Coaster 2: Ember Mug 2

The coaster works fine. The 3 star rating is because everyone I know with an Ember mug has to replace the coaster after a year or so, myself included. This is my second , and most likely my last, Ember mug. For the price of your mugs, you could at least use charging spring pins a bit more substantial, like the pins I have purchased to repair my old coaster. My son purchased one for his wife, and when her's failed for the same reason, he was not happy about it, and refused to buy another coaster from you. Very bad PR folks.

The extra charger works great - but I never should have had to buy it! I’ve purchased three Embers for my personal use, and the charger plate quit working within a year on all of them. I had no choice but to purchase a new one if I planned to use the mug which still functions. Fix the charger plate flaw! Buyer beware.

Works beautifully. The only negative is that this is my third one. They just don't hold up . I enjoy the product so much I keep replacing them.
