It’s very subtle and you don’t need very much but I do feel like it helped me have more restful and peaceful sleep. I didn’t have as many crazy dreams. My husband likes it too

I absolutely adore this product. I used up the first one I bought completely and I'm now on my second bottle. It smells like chamomile tea, grass, and afternoon naps in the sun. :-)

I use this on my 10 yr old son to help him relax at night to make our sleep routine easier!! Awesome product!!
