Disappointed

The lid is really hard to close and open properly. I've had my drink land on me from not closing it properly and beginning to shake. I've also had difficulties opening it resulting in an abrupt open and my shake all over the floor.

This product leaks when shaking. Even when tightly closed and shaking, the shaker leaks.
