Worth It

Loftacare has been great for helping figure out the CPAP. The option for free mask substitutions has already made the Loftacare fee worth it since I've had to try a few different ones to find a good fit. The people I've spoken to have been empathetic and supportive. I would recommend Loftacare to anyone who is getting a machine for the first time.

Well worth the investment

The initial 60 day mask exchange policy alone makes Loftacare well worth the investment. Good health is priceless, and finding a mask that makes therapy effective can be difficult, Loftacare is making it a lot simpler for me, and a lot more cost effective.

Excellent option

I normally don’t buy support packages, but in this case it was 100% an excellent option. When you start a CPAP there are lots of variables that are outside of your control. The Lofta Care folks help guide you through fitting of the masks, obtaining new masks, and general questions about how things work. I have already exchanged three masks, trying to find one that works best for me. This alone pays for the service.
