I’ve been using Small Pet Select for several years and I’ve always received fantastic hay. I did receive one shipment that was full of sharp burrs and sticks. When I messaged about this I promptly received a new box of hay. Thank you for taking this seriously as I was concerned my guinea pigs may ingest the burrs and hurt themselves. I got my new box within a couple days.

Great Quality!

My buns have been enjoying Small Pet Select hay for a good number of years. It is a great quality hay that all of my rabbits love. We always have first and second for the buns to dine on. Recently I've added orchard for one of my buns and he loves it. I volunteer with domestic rabbit rescues in Florida and I always have a large number of rabbits in my house. I've never had a problem with them eating SPS like I have with other hay you can find in a pet store. One of my roles in the rescue is to eduate. I am passionate about educating on the different type of hay. Although I am always learning! I love your educatonal rescourses you proivide on this page. I keep your website handy and point people in your direction for information. The only problem I came across recently was the AI customer serice. They sgipped me the wrong type of replacement hay and had to send the correct hay. The customer service was good however this lead to SPS shipping out another box they they didn't make money on. I am not complaining on my end. I recieved a free box of hay. But that is not how to keep prices down and a small family business running.
