I ordered 2 custom straps on June 9, both specified as 120/82mm.
The straps arrived approximately two months later, but both were made incorrectly. The short sides measured 78mm rather than the 82mm I ordered. I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the measurements. They confirmed that the straps were the incorrect size and placed a replacement order for the short sides.
It is now September 22, more than three months after my original order, and the replacement straps still have not shipped.
I understand that custom straps take time to produce, and I was prepared for the original lead time. What’s been disappointing is having to wait through that time for an incorrectly made order and then wait again, with the replacements still not shipped months after the original purchase.
The straps themselves are nice, but based on my experience, the quality-control issue and especially the handling of the correction have made this a very frustrating custom-order experience.
