Expiration dates

I have ordered the GI ProStart several times over the years. Do they always expire May or June? I tried making yogurt in October, from a bottle expired in May, and it wasn’t good. For the cost of shipping and keeping it cool, I can’t seem to get it ordered with maximum life time. Any recommendations?

Glad I can make yogurt

Shipped Monday. Received Thursday evening. Made my first homemade yogurt Sunday into Monday. I had yogurt with fruit for breakfast. It was delicious!

No response from customer support

The item hasn’t arrived yet but I’m worried about it. Right after I ordered the item I realized that it might be destroyed because the weather is still hot. I then saw that I could have requested a different shipping option. I IMMEDIATELY wrote to GIProHealth and told the I didn’t want them to send the item until I could get a different option. 2 days later they still haven’t responded, but shipped the item. I am very disappointed. They said they were a small company that would respond quickly. Didn’t happen for me. Hope the product doesn’t arrive in already ruined condition.
