Unfortunately Not What I Expected

I am a FTM and was super excited about this pillow. I mainly purchased for the quality compared to similar brands. The quality of the pillow itself is really nice but unfortunately no matter how you prop yourself/your baby the pillow slides creating a gap between your stomach and your baby. This results in the baby sliding into your stomach unevenly which is not great when trying to make sure they have a good latch. This pillow is really stiff and the part the baby lays across is raised in a dome shape instead of flat which also contributes to the rolling. If they added a strap to keep it secure and raised and also made it a little flatter across the surface that may fix the problem. If you’re recovering from a Csection especially, I’d look for one with the strap. Also, I ordered this a few months before my due date and didn’t realize I couldn’t return past 60 days. If you’re on the fence keep this in mind so you can return if it doesn’t work out.
