Whew! Finally finished this one. It was more intricate than I had thought and took me a lot longer to finish up. It was also a labor of love and one of the more beautiful of the numbered

With the help of a magnifier lamp I feel like a jeweler working on a rare timepiece. The good news is that this is a ‘woodland scape’ and mistakes that are made will be more apt to blend. I counted around 20 different shades of green and an almost equal number of browns. The shimmering light mixed with dark are extraordinary. It will be a good piece of art I can use to meditate on and bring inner peace.
