I spent 20 years in the Army and have used many protein sources on multiple continents. Nothing is better than real meat for nutrition profile; however, that isn’t always an option. If a customer compares the ingredients that matter (macro content, etc), 1st Phorm is easily the best and it’s not a competition. Customer service is outstanding and sometimes you get free stuff you didn’t ask for. Unbeatable. I will never change proteins away from 1st Phorm.

I love the natural Phormula-1 protein, it’s clean, digests extremely well and tastes delicious!

Tasty and natural

It’s pretty good and the macros are great. I’d probably Mix with milk instead of water to help with the taste. It’s good but could be a little more chocolatey
