Hatch Green Chile Rellenos

The dry ice bag was open and the contents were dissolved. One of the two bags of rellenos were also opened and the contents exposed. I authored an email to the company stating the aforementioned and simply stated I wanted to bring the matter to their attention. I further advised I was not taking pictures of any of the packaging and that it was my wish just to inform them of what had transpired. The response back was that I needed to adhere to their policies and procedures so they could inform their packaging branch to take corrective action. I was not looking for a corrective action just to bring the matter to their attention. I shall not do business with this company after being treated in the manner I was treated. I am a customer and I do not care about their policies and procedures which last time I checked can be changed and amended especially since I was not looking to file any sort of claim.

These were delicious. Really love these chile rellenos. In some case is better than the Mexican restaurants here in town we are known to have top Mexican restaurants in the United States…. highly recommend this product.
