X3 Actually works

I bought the x3 set up and thought to myself that this had better work considering how much it cost. To be fair it is good quality especially the new version 2 bands. The resistance from them is excellent. The bar is also excellent. The footplate is ok but could do with channels running the other way too. However if fits in my work locker fine so that makes up for it. Its an all round great system and after sticking to the provided program I can see gains in muscle mass and some of my belly fat is going too. A good system that's maybe a little overpriced however that price has made me determined to get my moneys worth so I will be persevering until I look like the incredible hulk although hopefully I won't turn green.

Love my case

I recently took a trip to see the relatives and the carrying case was awesome to use to bring my bands along with me so that I could keep my workout schedule. I am pretty sure trying to find a different solution to packing the equipment up without the case would have been a headache and not worth trying.

Great stuff

The X3 is so effective that it is quietly replacing most of my barbell and db exercises....simply because it is more effective then those drills.
