excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Product well made with attention to details which make it more practical and usable - like the lens cover and the stretchable handle for the wrist - makes such good sense, especially when product will be used by children. Design is beautiful and the materials used are well chosen and complement the design

Good but Glitchy
The camera is good and easy to use, but it's a bit too glitchy for my liking. There have been several instances where the camera froze, and I had to perform a hard reset. Considering we've previously own a different camera that was much cheaper... I expected this camera to have much better software. On top of that, some screen selections are just too slow. All in all... its good but not great.
