I love this bag! I bought a Synapse 25 before I started my gym journey. The Brain Bag is perfect for my needs. Work items to include a laptop and notebooks with electronics. I use the over large pocket for the gym stuff with some packing cubes. The look is unique which is a plus. Mine is in Ursa and Emerald Ceylon and is the perfect color combo. Highly recommend.

Finally, a Big Bag That Doesn’t Feel Like Luggage

I really like this bag. It holds a ton, it’s super comfortable, and it doesn’t feel like a giant rigid box when it’s only half full. I’m a big fan of the softer, more unstructured shape. The two main compartments are simple but really useful, and there are enough attachment points inside that I can organize things however I want instead of being stuck with a bunch of built-in pockets. My only real gripe is that I wish it opened farther. I’ve gotten used to clamshell bags, and I definitely miss that sometimes. Otherwise, it’s just a great backpack. Tons of room, comfortable even when loaded up, and easy to make your own with pouches and accessories. It’s become the bag I reach for most.

So good I bought another one

This has been my go to bag for years. I worked as an AD on commercials and this bag held everything I needed through sun, rain and snow. It’s been a great travel bag and a work bag for days spent out and about. When my son need a backpack to use for some hiking he inherited (swiped) my original bag. After a few weeks I realized I needed another one. I am in Canada so I am extremely thoughtful before buying anything made in the USA these days but there’s just nothing quite as good as a Tom Bihn bag. So an exception was made.
