I decided to order 100% Cacao chocolate bars because of Raaka's commitment to test and keep heavy metals under the Proposition 65 limit. It took some time for me to develop a taste for this chocolate and I wasn't initially convinced it was worth the price, but I've grown to like and have even become addicted to it.

It has such a rich, smooth, complex cacao flavor without being overly bitter. I love that I can enjoy the pure taste of cacao while knowing I’m choosing a simple, wholesome option. Raaka has completely changed my expectations for 100% cacao chocolate!

I'm very happy with the 100% cacao bars. In fact, I have to slow myself down or I'll eat them constantly. As soon as this vicious heat declines I intend to stock up. It's hovered around 100 degrees here for the past two weeks, and my last shipment arrived slightly melted, despite your company's precautions. Entirely edible (and delicious) after some refrigeration, but with a slightly gray surface. Yours is the best chocolate product I've found and I'll definitely be a regular user.
