If you like to have your septum jewelry barely visible or you have a small nose maybe 10mm is fine but if you have a bigger nose and want it more visible definitely size up. Regardless the quality of the product it’s good and the internal threading is nice the fuchsia color is beautiful as well.

Well I didn't try it because it just a replacemnt in case something happened with the one I have right now, but it looks really well and the shipping was fast.
