Single Cup — Try Me!

Most of the cup came DOA which is unusual because I've ordered from them before without issue. I reached out right away and they sent me a replacement plus extra. New ones arrived in good condition.

Customer service is amazing. I thought the worms were dead when they arrived because of how cold it was, and they didn't start moving even after 2 hours at room temperature. They offered to replace them at no charge, but I denied it after they came to life after a few more hours.

The worms are all black, save a few. Dissapointed.
