I updated to the Roaster's Choice Subscription to give it a try and will continue with the subscription to discover new flavors. I am not a fan of this roast but look forward to what's next. I've been very satisfied with Methodical's product and what will be headed my way next month!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the Pink Lady coffee! It has been amazing. I’ve been through many light roasts and have been unsuccessful in getting the same flavor as I experienced in cafes. What helped me the most, and the reason I took a chance in ordering your coffee, is because you included brewing recommendations. Trying to dial in a new bean is time consuming. It took me very few tries to get my machine dialed in to match your recommendations and the flavor of your beans is amazing! Thank you! I am going to subscribe and Pink Lady is my new everyday espresso bean!
