SEMCO Liquid Membrane™ Waterproofing

I got 2 gallons of grey waterproofing paint. At first I thought it was way watery, but it rolled on just fine. Was able to get three coats on my outside foundation walls above ground. It looks great and completely covered the old existing white paint. I did do a good job prepping the walls, and taking down all the broken and loose parging, and finally pressure washing all the walls. I think the prep work is key, and the product is great, which in turn leaves you with a great feeling of accomplishment.

The best product for sealing from wood, cement. We reviewed it several times now it’s the best quality product that we have found on the market. Order the product was very simple and the agent was very professional. One of the things we really appreciate is how quick you sent the product to us. Thank you.
