The dark, dark blue of the night --

a phrase from a translated Russian poem that comes to mind when I look at this Nocturne bowl. It's a handy little bowl for corralling pills or other small items, but I enjoy looking at it so much that I've moved it to my mantelpiece, where it's in view whenever I raise my eyes from my monitor.
