Your return policy is punishing. I bought something for a business trip that was longer than 10 days. You wouldn’t refund the card. The item was not good quality.

We've purchased several Jayne gift cards for my mother-in-law since she loves to shop there. I just wish there was an option to purchase a different amount rather than the set amounts offered. Sometimes I just want to get a $30 or $40 gift card and I can't.
