I ordered this product on September 30 along with a duvet cover. It is now October 17 and I have still not received anything. I’m told that there was an issue with shipping and I was told it was going to arrive on the 12th. After the 12th I emailed again and was told it is still a shipping issue. I really was looking forward to this comforter. The only help that they could give me was telling me that I should just refuse the order if and when it does show up. Which would be helpful how to not already spent $407 on the comforter and duvet cover.

Complete rip off. I actually asked to return it and they told me to donate to goodwill to get a refund. Feel like that tells a lot about how much the markup on this must be. Also never saw that money again.
