Still not sure
I purchased these inserts for the purpose of improving the overall fit and look in a swimsuit so as to avoid an underwire swimsuit style. They do provide nice lift and add a full cup size. However, I'm not sure they'll hold up in chlorine and water or stay in place. Haven't tried that yet. But I have tried them in my ordinary bra and they provided nice lift. Not sure how to keep them in place under that circumstance either.

I’m large busted. Not looking for volume or “amazing lift” just a little extra support/coverage. This works.
