The Massif strut truss plate is useful for connecting rafters to struts. 6" wide plates look good on timbers ranging in width from 6" to 12".
3/16" is our standard plate and suits most decorative work; 1/4" is a third heavier and stiffer. Our plates are architectural hardware, not engineered or load-rated.
