Fun but sad about quality

I was so excited to order a biñho board, we are a die hard soccer family and I just knew this would be the families favorite game! And it is, how ever after only using it the first day all of the white painted lines are peeling off, and some of the holes are stripped for the pegs. For the cost I expected much better quality.

Best Game Ever.

This game has greatly impacted myself and my family! It definitely brought us closer together and has provided lots of fun game nights. I love getting different accessories for my current boards, and I want to purchase another one! This is probably my favorite game ever.

Customer service leaves much to be desired

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know about my experience. This was my third purchase from Binho, so I’m not someone trying the product for the first time. I’ve supported the company because I genuinely enjoy the game. Unfortunately, my most recent Binho Board arrived with a corner that was dented and cracked. The damage compressed the foam footing underneath, causing the board to sit unevenly and affecting gameplay. This wasn’t just a cosmetic blemish, it impacts how the game plays. What made the experience most disappointing was the company’s response. They insisted the damage must have occurred during shipping, despite the fact that both the outer shipping box and the product packaging arrived in immaculate condition with no dents, crushing, or any signs of impact. They then refused to replace or refund the board because I had not purchased their optional package protection. Shipping protection should cover damage caused by the carrier—not relieve a company of its responsibility to provide a product that arrives in new, usable condition. If a product is defective before it reaches the customer, or if it wasn’t packaged well enough to prevent damage, that shouldn’t become the customer’s financial responsibility. To make matters worse, the board is constructed from MDF, which dents very easily. For a premium-priced game, I expected better materials, or at the very least, a company willing to stand behind its product. I gave Binho the opportunity to make this right before leaving this review, but they chose not to. As a repeat customer, that was extremely disappointing. The game itself is fun, but customer service matters just as much as the product. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Binho unless you’re comfortable accepting the risk if your order arrives damaged.
