This is a very good coffee with a smooth, fruity flavor that's enjoyable from the first sip to the last. It's well-balanced and not bitter, making it an excellent choice for pour-over or anyone who prefers a lighter, more nuanced cup. If you're looking for a bold, strong, or dark-roast coffee, this may not be the right choice. However, if you enjoy bright, fruity notes and a smooth finish, I highly recommend it.
