Customer Service is Non-existent

Bag is high quality and vibrant, although nothing to keep it “stiff” and in place so it feels a little flimsy. Regardless, the bag won’t fit my bike, so I’m trying to return it. I emailed the support email address, left a voicemail, and called 3 other times. This was several days ago, still no response. Can’t recommenced these products even if they’re solid if customer service is this poor.
