Beautiful crafted and the leather is soft, but the shoe itself was too wide for my narrow feet. Causing my foot to slide off the side of the bed of the sandal.

Customer Service is the Worst
Almost 3 days ago I received my $300 sandals and I sent a message asking a question about cut out indentions on the side of the sole. I’ve yet to hear a response from them so I processed a return today. I wonder how much you have to spend with this company to get a little customer service.
