I notice a huge difference in how I feel when I forget to take this probiotic. I love that the ingredients are high quality. I'm trying to get my whole family on them.

Better Gut Health

I have been using this product for oh gosh, probably 5 years now. I have had gut issues since I was in my 20s....currently upper 60s now. This product has definitely helped in my life. I will continue to take it probably always. My son , unfortunately inherited my gut issues. He now takes this product and he has definitely noticed a difference in the short time that he's been taking it.

I switched to this after taking Seed probiotic/prebiotic for a couple years as it’s just too expensive. This seems like a great product and I am seeing no difference from taking Seed! I have Gastritis and have been taking a probiotic since I was a kid. So I don’t have any crazy changes to share. It’s just a good product!
