Letter damage

Delivery took longer than expected, didn't receive an updates on the order. Once received, there was damage to the wording on the mat and I found it to be pretty noticeable unfortunately, the tip of one of the letters was falling off. . . otherwise it would have perfect.

I absolutely love my new mat! Not only is the quality outstanding, but I also really appreciate that it’s made by a Canadian company 🇨🇦 — that was important to me. The product arrived exactly as ordered, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. In fact, I was so impressed that just two days later I ordered another one for a client. Highly recommend — great product, great quality, and great company to support!
