The Universal

Gift

Great! We bought your glasses a few years ago! I think our son inlaw, Bennett Battle actually placed our order. This current order is a Birthday gift for a friend.

Customer Service Problem

I am still trying to resolve a delivery problem and have asked if someone would actually call me on the telephone so I may speak to a live person. My initial inquiry was answered in a timely manner. Since this has not been resolved, I reached out again on Friday afternoon (yesterday), but have not heard from anyone.

Excellent customer service

One of my glasses arrived broken, which unfortunately can happen with such delicate, thin glassware, so I wasn’t surprised. What really stood out was how helpful and responsive their team was. They got back to me very quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the issue. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
