Excellent room, layout and materials but a few downsides.

Excellent room, layout and materials. The downsides: 1. it's very difficult to zip up due to the 80-90 degree zipper turn at the top. 2. the grab handle is too small and hard to get ahold of due to size and zippers being in the way. 3. the pistol compartment doen't instill great confidence, using only magnets to stay closed. Having said all that, it's still my favorite bag.

Great bag. Size is as advertised. Pack down or use stuff bags and you can really maximize this bag for hikes or camping if needed. Great build quality, craftsmanship and forethought. Would like to see more compatible equipment for this style bag like the bandit front pouch or more MOLLE on the bottom or facade of the bag as well.
