Like it alot - already knew about the (few) shortcomings
Love the look, style and craftsmanship. It's my new EDC and fits in very well with my style. The clasp is a bit annoying: securing it by pushing the little pin through the hole in the leather flap is a bit cumbersome. I also wish the RuckSac were a bit deeper. It looks and sits very flush on my back, which I generally like (it's not a baggy lump like the EDC bag I had before), but occasionally I wish it were just a few centimetres deeper so I could fit more stuff in. But I knew all of that beforehand, so I wasn't disappointed when I received it. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Issues with package, no problem
I had an issue with this product. Fedex took the package or sent to another location. I did not get the package back however, the customer service for this process was absolutely breathtaking. It was no issue, no complaints.
I was so enchanted I gave a friend money to buy one of these and apparently its quality is unmatched. My only criticism is that it seemed a bit small. But for that quality of work it did not matter.
