Bata Pitching Machine Wheel

Replacement Parts - Wheel and Motor

We needed a new wheel and motor for the machine. Someone left it on at full speed over night. The parts fit perfectly and the machine is like brand new.

Never received the product

Product is decent- customer service is lacking

I ordered a wheel for our pitching machine as well as a compression pad. The compression pad arrived quickly, but the wheel was on back order and took longer which is understandable. I began getting emails that the wheel was delivered, but it hadn’t arrived at that point. I called and left a voicemail, but never received a call back. The wheel eventually arrived. We put one bucket of balls through the machine with the new parts and the wheel fell apart. I emailed the sales link to ask about any warranty for the wheel, but never got a response. A new wheel was shipped and works well, but communication with someone from the company would have been nice.
