Sharp Mint Dark Chocolate

I adore Maverick chocolate - more than any I've ever had. But I found the mint dark chocolate to be too sharp and acidic for my taste. I expected something that tasted more... relaxing, but my mouth actually puckers a bit eating it. Nonetheless, I've eaten the whole bar, as it's incredibly smooth and leaves a wonderful flavor in your mouth for ages!
