FitSleeps Pulse Pro

I like that it’s comfortable and easy to use but it hasn’t been helping to wake up like it said it would. I’m a very hard sleeper and I’ve been trying to find ways to wake up on time in the morning.

I ordered two FITS Sleep watches on September 20, 2026, and a month later, on October 20th 2026, I only received one. My order was initially marked out for delivery but never arrived5 days later, and resolving the issue took several days of back-and-forth communication. I was repeatedly asked to be patient, yet I’m still missing an item I paid for. I understand shipping delays happen, but this level of delay and frustration is unacceptable. I’m disappointed with the customer service and hope FITS Sleep takes accountability and resolves this issue promptly.

It’s simple. I wish the vibration on it was better. The transition from each vibration shouldn’t be abrupt. It should grow with intensity. 30s of low. 5s of low to midrange. 30s of midrange. 10s of midrange to high. 1min of high. Then 15s of high to higher intense which is noisy. 1min of this higher intense noisy. Then the final level being even more intense and audibly louder before it shuts off on its own.
