Good bite
The Sablefish is buttery and has a delicate fresh taste whether I pan fry or broil. The fish cooks quickly so be careful you watch it. I for one will be buying more.

Sablefish
We had not had Sablefish before. Mainly because we thought that it was kin to Cod. I found out that it wasn't and decided to give it a try. It is really tasty and we enjoyed it so much.
