Berberine Patch

I had to ask google for instructions on how to apply the patch and for how long. It gave clear instructions on how to use the patch, i like clear easy to understand instructions. The patch stored on and didn’t crumple even though i tossed and turned most of the night as i don’t sleep well. Can’t really say anything about weight loss yet as it’s only been the first night.

patches come off too asily don't last the hours i have not been applying them long enough to notice anything has changed i weigh the same. Still crave sweets. will look at other reviews. they might encourage .

maybe helps with my cravings and munchies but doesnt always stick well even without showering or sweating
