Seller sent the wrong item, but their service recovery was EXCELLENT ! Seller : - immediately informed customers of their mistake in sending the wrong item; - they assured customers & gave a firm timeline on when they will resend the correct item; - they delivered on the delivery of the correct item; - they did not ask customers to return the wrong item; - they were prompt in their replies and follow-up; I got the new item and it is perfect. Thanks Of Elven Make !
