The scents themselves are 5star. I love all 3. The issue I have is the lack of communication, ai bot response to emails and delivery was not as quoted. I ordered on September 25th they estimated 2 days to process and 6-10 days for delivery. With no shipping updates I got to the point where I was about to dispute with my bank for not receiving the product. It showed up today after a few emails only the first with ai response. If I had actual communication I would have rated it higher. I like the product especially the deep bleu and asend but I’m unsure if I’d make another purchase due to this wait time. In my opinion they need to be more realistic if majority of the waits are longer than what was specified. I get product availability may take long between batches and they can’t control the shipping company logistics. All it will take is being upfront with your customer and set the expectations. Due to all of this I did cancel my subscription.

My main issue with this company is that they automatically enroll you into a monthly subscription service. I wasn’t alerted to this until my order was being processed. I responded to the AI email with minutes of the alert only to be advised that my claim was under further review. A few days later I was notified by Jean that I was officially removed from the service BUT it was too late to stop the transaction. I could return the item (took approx 7 days to receive) but would need to pay S/H, which I did and am waiting for my refund. The product itself is decent, and a good ‘option’ to have.

Not quite what I expected, it’s very pleasant to wear I do not know if there’s more attention or not, I do believe I’d keep purchasing however I’d like to try a different scent. It’s just that making changes adjustments is very difficult and stressful I’d really hope that this platform will make it easier to order or change this service. So beware it is time consuming to order change or even cancel .
