Night time treat

I’ve been using the Magic Calm Magnesium for going on two weeks now. Taste great and if I remember to take it an hour or more before I crawl in bed I can tell that it quiets my racing brain a bit. Hopeful that I will see longer periods of uninterrupted sleep the longer I take it. (I’m 58 and post menopause)

Magic Calm Magnesium

Love this. It relaxes me so I can fall asleep easily, and if I wake during the night due to my dog barking, I can fall back asleep much more easily than before. A side benefit of this, being on a GLP1, I have been constipated. This seems to help relieve that as well! It also tastes great.

Big Fan

Has all the ingredients I have been looking for to promote sleep. Works well. Even my skeptical wife enjoys it. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I find it too sweet. I wish they had an unsweetened/non stevia option. I also wish they had a travel version with individual packets.
